Service of Process
We are a reliable and qualified source in providing Process Serving for our clients. We are well-versed in serving legal documents to their intended receiver, understanding legalities of the court system and people’s right under the constitution. Providing proof is essential for due process and the serving process must be in accordance with State laws and local regulations.
Please note: The licensed investigator has the right to deny pursuing working on any case that is deemed illegal or where safety of the investigator is a concern. The investigator may come to this determination at any time before, during, or after any contractual work has been commenced. Contact us for further information.
The GI Agency (GI) is a privately owned agency with years of experience in evidence gathering. Consider GI’s flat rate fee of $65 / hour + travel** for Surveillance & Background Investigations, Service of Process, Vehicle Reports & License Plate Searches, Statements & Interviews to support your case. We are based out of Riverside County, CA and have covered areas all over the state, with experience in providing services nationwide.
** Travel is calculated per-mile driven under each contract. $0.70 / mile shall be reimbursed to GI for the mode of travel per California State CalHR Policy, plus hotel stays when required.
